Thank you for shopping with NitFitty. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is misprinted, manufacturing defect or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order carefully after receiving it.

If your product is damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, and you will bear the loss.

  • A proper unboxing video showing the delivery and product condition
  • Clear images of the product showing the defect
  • The original packaging

Upon verification, we will reprint and ship a new product to you at no additional cost in case of exchange or you can raise a refund claim.

If you have noticed any broken seal/damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark along with video copy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • The product arrived misprinted or damaged or manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please note we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
  • If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the refund is approved, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us. Please retain your original packaging and shipping materials when contacting us.
