Thank you for shopping with NitFitty. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We usually take 5-7 working days from processing, depending on your location. However, you can track your package using a unique tracking link, which we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external carrier factors.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, an additional fee Rs. 150/- to be paid by the customer.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally as of now.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. If your address is in a restricted area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
